Dr Unai Ugalde
Dr Ugalde obtained his BSc and PhD at the University of Exeter (England), and is co-founder and Scientific Consultant at Biofungitek. He has 54 publications and seven patents on a wide range of topics relevant to our area of expertise; from fermentation to fungal communication.
